Poor customer service experience. I had called around to 20+ places trying to find a small, uncommon electronic component. Most places were very friendly and tried to help out as much as they could. When I called this place, after asking if they stocked it, I received a "no, we don't," followed by a click of the phone hanging up. No chance to ask a follow-up question? No wonder your Google review is terrible.
