Calling about my oven 20 times in the last 5 weeks to get repaired the tech came and took a service call and came back and whenever i call they say the tech is out sick and will call back
Once again, this company and their technician go above and beyond to give the best quality service. I made an appointment for my mom and grandmother after learning that their refrigerator was not cooling. The technician looked like the love their career and do it with so much care. I recommend them 1000000% percent.
Sasha helped me work through a really tough situation with my claim at a warranty company. She, and AGS, were assigned to the project. She is super honest, trustworthy, hardworking, intelligent, artistic, compassionate, scared of dogs but that's okay, and she likes freshly baked cookies just like the rest of us. Thank you Sasha. Absolutely a pleasant experience all the way around. I was taken care of by the staff with great attention Regarding a problem I had with a refrigerator I had purchased from PC Richard.
