I took my gas trimmer into these guys.... -Dropped off, called a week after and told it needed a new carburetor. -Played phone tag w/Roy for 2 days. Called and spoke w/Linda and told her I authorized the repair. -Waited 10 days. Stopped by to see if repair was done. Told that I never authorized the repair. Authorized repair again. -Waited 10 days. Called to see if repair was complete. Was told repair was complete, but now it needed a muffler.
