I previously left a fantastic review for these guys. Much of that was also after I was pressured into leaving a review as the end of year was approaching and they wanted me to do so. On the first year basil was great. Year two was not so good. And ever since then he has been an absolute pain to work with, as he has grown in size. It became apparent to me. Was helpful during consultation. However, I felt like too much time was spent questioning/advising my business strategy rather than providing helpful tax advice. Especially for timed consultations information should be more concise and we ran out of time without some things addressed.
