DO NOT Order from this company!!! Ordered months ago, still waiting on the bins.
10/6/22: I purchased a "5135 Piece Grade 8 USS Bolt Assortment Hex Head Cap Screws, Flat and Lock Washers, Hex and Lock Nuts with (2) 40 Hole Bins" online on 8/05/22. I received the bolts on 8/12/22. It has been 61 days since my order was placed. I have yet to receive the bins. I was told through e-mail I would receive the bins on 8/25/22. The bins did NOT arrive. As of today 10/06/22 9:38am still no response from this vender. The phone is always a no answer, cant leave a message.
I ordered bolt kits and small part containers and cabinets. I received the bolts and small parts containers but never received any cabinets or bolt bins. They showed the bins and cabinets would ship 3 to 5 weeks after the order was placed. The order was placed three months ago now. I have been trying to contact them for about two months now with no answer by e-mail or phone, by phone you can't even leave a message because it is either not set up or full. I would shop somewhere else.
Company has exceptionally poor customer service and does not follow through on promises. Would not recommend this seller.
