Horrible. Roaches and gnats caught a roach in my apartment. Last week I saw a roach by the elevator. I took a picture. Obviously we're infested now. I exterminate my apartment weekly. My apartment was entered July 31, 2025 without my knowledge or consent. I was notified after the inspection was done. It just so happens I am a neat person and had no underwear or intimate apparel laying around. Total Violation of Privacy! Update to living at Agrihood I would recommend friends and family to live here. Everything in Sharon Lachapelle's review is absolutely true! I've been here a little more than a year I have had a peaceful experience. Sandra and her staff are kind and hard-working! My neighbors are friendly and respectful. I've seen packages sit in front of my neighbors doors for days at a time untouched. Things happening outside of the building may not be Agrihood residents.
