I didn’t know what was going on. They just gave a dock and immediately start loading. A lot of drivers came after and I saw them leaving before me. I’ve been on the same spot (dock) for almost 5 hours.
If you ever have the opportunity to meet or work with David Hermanson, run the other way. He is rude, demanding and very unreasonable. I hope people reconsider doing business with a company that has such a poor representative
