Dr, Agresti is an amazing Nephrologist. He treated my mother over 5 years and we couldn't be happier. He is knowledgeable, attentive and extremely caring. I highly recommend this amazing Nephrologist. Unfortunately, his secretary was a problem. Highly contentious conversations daily especially when my mother was hospitalized. The Doctor performed at his best but the uncaring manner his staff possessed was inexcusable. I called often due to her regression and age, the Doctor always was there for support. Dr Agrestii is an amazing human being who treats his patients like human beings with so much respect and compassion and empathy it truly something the world is lacking at this Dr Agrestii is one of a kind and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone truly invested in their wellbeing.
"I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. James V. Agresti and their team. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout my visit. They were inattentive, and on several occasions, even raised their voices, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was clear that they lacked basic courtesy and patient care. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful and professional medical care."
