Better service to existing patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Agresti for over 10 years and I have never experienced such disrespect. I called today to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was unaccomodating and condescending. When I mentioned that her tone was condescending, she denied it and put me on hold to respond to other calls. I respect myself too much to accept subpar service. My family will seek care elsewhere.
