The person who answered my call was very rude, as I don’t speak English for her it was easier to throw the phone and I didn’t manage to get my appointment... how unpleasant
Linda, the assistant in the office is very very rude. This is not the first time I’ve noticed her behaviors. The first time I came into the office, the employees are very rude to the doctor and basically scolding her as she walks by. I’ve been waiting for over a week for results and I’ve been told multiple things each time I call. Today I called and didn’t even know someone picked up the phone, and they hung up abruptly.
