Linda, the assistant in the office is very very rude. This is not the first time I’ve noticed her behaviors. The secretary hung up on me and rudely told me that they didn't speak Spanish.
As a board-certified physician and a Black woman, I am appalled by the care my 85-year-old father received at this office. My father, who has been experiencing loss of smell, was referred here for evaluation. After multiple visits, he left his most recent appointment believing he needed surgery. My voice teacher recommended that I see this professional. However, I will not be scheduling an appointment at all; the front desk members are rude and not very helpful. I needed a referral (that my PCP put in about a week ago) and a front desk staff member said it was never received.
