Dr. Agresti is hands down the best ENT in South Florida, and her staff is just as amazing. From day one, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming — they actually remember you and treat you like a person, not a number like so many other offices. I was disappointed with my experience at this office. I scheduled a visit specifically to learn about common procedures and pricing, not to receive a medical examination. I made this clear in advance, as my interest is more related to understanding the field and the tools and methods used in this type of practice. However, once I arrived, the staff informed me that the doctor would not speak with me unless I paid for an examination, which I did not need or request.
