I find these reviews crazy, because the doctor is SO NICE and knowledgeable. Also, the girls at the front are so kind and helpful. I recommended this office 100%
I am somewhat puzzled by some of the negative reviews of Dr. Agresti and her office. I was referred to her and saw her for the first time this week. Contrary to some of the things I read, the receptionist was pleasant, and I was not kept waiting very long at all. Dr. Agresti is hands down the best ENT in South Florida, and her staff is just as amazing. From day one, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming — they actually remember you and treat you like a person, not a number like so many other offices. She was very clear and straightforward about my surgery (septoplasty and bilateral turbinate reduction), which gave me a lot of confidence going in. I was disappointed with my experience at this office. I scheduled a visit specifically to learn about common procedures and pricing, not to receive a medical examination. I made this clear in advance, as my interest is more related to understanding the field and the tools and methods used in this type of practice. However, once I arrived, the staff informed me that the doctor would not speak with me unless I paid for an examination, which I did not need or request.
