Sinceramente 0 estrella solo para poder comentar esa tipa muy mala atención al personal super odiosa para tratar de hacer cita me colgó cuando trate de comunicarme con mi poco inglés y entiendo que estamos en usa pero al igual uno merece respeto y educación y esa persona que tienen ahí en esa clínica no tiene ni una ni la otra deberían de entrenar para mejorar la atención al cliente y solo me colgó la llamada no la recomiendo quizás la Dra es diferente pero su trabajadora no lo es!!! I find these reviews crazy, because the doctor is SO NICE and knowledgeable. Also, the girls at the front are so kind and helpful. I recommended this office 100%

I am somewhat puzzled by some of the negative reviews of Dr. Agresti and her office. I was referred to her and saw her for the first time this week. Contrary to some of the things I read, the receptionist was pleasant, and I was not kept waiting very long at all. I was given a hearing test by Lexi, the audiologist who was personable, and obviously competent . When I met Dr. Agresti, I was immediately impressed by the warmth of her personality. Dr. Agresti is hands down the best ENT in South Florida, and her staff is just as amazing. From day one, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming — they actually remember you and treat you like a person, not a number like so many other offices. She was very clear and straightforward about my surgery (septoplasty and bilateral turbinate reduction), which gave me a lot of confidence going in.
