After a back-and-forth communication with delivery delays and a $500 credit on the purchase price of our Speed Queen washer set, Agren corporate and Ryan, the sales rep were finally able to arrange delivery of the machines on September 16th. The reason for the additional refund was due to the dryer which sustained a small dent on the housing however it did not affect the performance. Both machines worked as expected. the only thing that works well is sales. Once they have your money you are unable to get any assistance. Delivery and installation on 4 out of 6 appliances had major issues including reversing hot:cold on washing machine, damaging fridge door (it's been over a month and still no word on replacement), taking away appliance that was supposed to be left and not completing install on range. Voice and emails and texts not returned. I paid in full 2 months ago so I guess they got what they wanted and I am up a creek.
