the only thing that works well is sales. Once they have your money you are unable to get any assistance. Delivery and installation on 4 out of 6 appliances had major issues including reversing hot:cold on washing machine, damaging fridge door (it's been over a month and still no word on replacement), taking away appliance that was supposed to be left and not completing install on range. Voice and emails and texts not returned. I paid in full 2 months ago so I guess they got what they wanted and I am up a creek.
