Agarwal optical is a family run business. Very accommodating people in terms of early appointments and quality work. I had got my multi focal glasses made through them recently. Job well done in a reasonable price. Today my wife had refraction tested Poonam Agarwal (optometrist) was very caring and patient during the procedure as my wife has comorbidities (diseases) affecting her vision. Not a good place to visit. They seem to be not interested in new business. Faced by two ladies one of them was extremely arrogant. This shop doesn’t know what customer service means. There are thousand one other options. Dont waste your time here.
