Arrived 0900, finally found the correct place to check in after talking to another driver, workers on forklifts outside actively ignored me. If you are bringing bulk sacks, check in at Frozen receiving at top of the hill. Go inside 0920, no one at window. 0938 window man appears says back close to dock 5 and he will break the seal. Back up the hill surrounded by boulders get lined up for door 5. 1034 he comes outside to break seal, empty at 1103. 2 stars for being just over 2 hrs on site.

I was about 20min late. Got checked in and they put me straight in a door and unloaded me. The guy was really friendly. Some of these reviews say other wise maybe everyone is allowed to have a bad day. Doesn’t mean it’s like that all the time

This place has zero respect for a driver. We were late to pick up for the day before due to late unloading at prior customer. We called them to inform them we were running late and was told to come back at 0600 the next day to be loaded. We arrived at 0600 am to only be treated like we were horrible people for being late and get yelled at because shipping says Terry doesn't know what he has planned and we have to return back for noon to be loaded. Theses people are great came in early at 10 am appt was at 3pm but they got me in a door loaded me in like 30 minutes and was ready to roll thank you 😊

This is a pretty good shipper. Quick in and out. They have a restroom. They ship a fruit slurry/jelly stuff for yogurt and pop tarts, stuff like that. Drive way is a bit crowded, but manageable. Friendly staff. I would haul for this shipper again.
