Bought a discounted massage special, and she refused to honor it or provide a refund. Subsequent requests were completely ignored. Years later, the unfulfilled purchase is still visible on my booking calendar (pic attached).
Grace is an incredible and attentive masseuse. I always feel refreshed and aligned after a session, and the space is relaxing and inviting. Highly recommend!

I have been getting massages monthly for over 15 years. I just had the opportunity to have an experience at AGracefulU. Her massage was spectacular, her massage hit on all cylinders, and was so extremely different from any other massage,s I’ve had in the past and her attention to detail was amazing and focused. I did 30 minutes and not a second of that time was wasted. Thank You
UPDATE: Gracie and I are going on year 3.I have traveled nurse outside of CA and yet still flew or drove back >13 hrs to ensure I made my self care appointments. From customer service, knowledge of her craft, and the small things to anticipate our every whim "A Graceful U" is creme de la creme, the flawless diamond in the bunch!
