Agrace is filled with real-life angels. These angels made one of the toughest times in my life much easier. They guided me through the process, provided the necessary bed and wheelchair my dad needed, and supported my family and me every step of the way. I highly recommend Agrace.
Agrace hospice was the most incredible resource our family could have had during my father’s two years in memory care at Oak Park Place. From the nurses, care staff, social workers and chaplain, we received compassion and comforting care every step of the way. It was so helpful to not have to take him to the hospital, if it wasn’t necessary. I was so grateful for their service, as my father’s main caregiver. Thank you to everyone on the Agrace hospice team for their support during a difficult time.

Agrace was selected by my mom's doctor, who is a fantastic doctor. Unfortunately Agrace has not lived up to its reputation in our case. They are inaccessible and don't return phone calls. They do not keep family members up to date.
Agrace recently helped care for my mother in law while she was in memory care at Oak Park. The Agrace team was truly amazing. Everyone was very kind and supportive through an extremely difficult time. They had excellent communication about all that was happening. I wouldn’t have wanted to go through this without their assistance.
