Owner treats employees like dirt, talks down on customers, and the company has a hostile, toxic work environment.STAY AWAY !! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Very shady.
Not good to the employees. Heard their boss yelling at his Hispanic workers. Have met a couple of his employees and I can't tell you enough how great of an employee Mike is. He's a great employee and I would personally hire him for me and my family's lawns.
On April 16, an Agra Lawn truck stopped to help me with my dog, stuck in the middle of the road, such a nice gentleman to do so! I failed to get his name, so the next day I called Agra Lawn to say Thank You, but the girl that answered the phone was SO rude, condescending and unprofessional that I couldn't even pay a compliment to the man that helped us. She needs a serious attitude adjustment! I would not want anyone like her representing my company.
Doing a great job on my lawn.
I've called them 3 times, spoken with their mowing crews on the street twice, but still cannot get anyone to call back or provide an estimate. They're either too busy for new business, or don't want any more.
