One word.. OUTSTANDING.. from how clean and EXTREMELY modern the shop is. Not your ordinary shop. Went above and beyond arranging an appointment around my schedule, thorough explanation of the work performed, and VERY reasonable. I’d recommend AGR to any and everyone in Rochester NY and beyond!!

Took my Audi to a different place that will remain nameless (don't want to put them on blast), and that place gave me an astronomically high quote for repairs they said needed to be done. A friend referred me to AGR to get a second opinion. AGR looked at it, said the other place tried to rip me off for half the repairs and overcharged me for the other half.
