Having used some of the largest NYC expeditors on various buildings I designed, I can recommend Agouti as a top notch expeditor. Walter Bobadilla is very knowledgeable and creative when it comes to seeking custom solutions to unusual problems. He is thorough and does not let details derail the process. Mr. Bobadilla is responsive and his staff is cordial and efficient. The bottom line is that Agouti got my project approved on the first try, no resubmissions required.
