I’m extremely disappointed with my recent service at GWM Mawson Lakes. The staff member confirmed my booking for Thursday, but it was entered as Friday, wasting my day off and forcing me to take another one. After keeping my car from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, they only told me at the end of the day that my front brakes had just 1% left and needed urgent replacement. This is a two part review, with first thanks to Anthony at the dealership who has provided excellent service yet again, and was very accommodating and provided a quick turn around for our delivery. The unfortunate part of this review is regarding the business manager, Rana. We had dealer finance through the first vehicle we bought, which was fine, experience was great. I told for emergency but they say rules ....it's not good for myself
There is no ZERO star rating otherwise it would be ZERO. Called up to book/check the car as there might be something wrong in rear wheel but the service department said it doesn’t cover under warranty without checking and talked rudely. NOT RECOMMENDED. Reply message: I have called up to book/check but without even checking or book me in for inspection the service department said it doesn’t cover under warranty.
