There is no ZERO star rating otherwise it would be ZERO. Called up to book/check the car as there might be something wrong in rear wheel but the service department said it doesn’t cover under warranty without checking and talked rudely. NOT RECOMMENDED. Reply message: I have called up to book/check but without even checking or book me in for inspection the service department said it doesn’t cover under warranty.
Had wife's havel h6 serviced. Outstanding customer service..super friendly staff. Looking forward to dealing with them again when next service is due
I had booked first service of my Tank 500 at Mawson lakes dealership and had been requesting them since the day of booking to wash and vacuum the car on the day of service. The car was washed only upto minimum standards and was not vacuumed properly at all. When asked at the front desk , the lady said we only vacuum the front two seats….. shocked to hear this reply. When I told her that the car has got 7 seats not just two seats and people sit on all those seats then she went to the guy who washed and vacuumed and came back ... read more
Did a quick visit to enquire about PHEV 4WD features which my Mercedes EQB lacks. The Vietnamese/Chinese sales person was not interested to answer questions and was not polite all all. If this is their pre-sales customer service, imagine how it would be post-sales.
