Did a quick visit to enquire about PHEV 4WD features which my Mercedes EQB lacks. The Vietnamese/Chinese sales person was not interested to answer questions and was not polite all all. If this is their pre-sales customer service, imagine how it would be post-sales.
Changing my review from a 5 to a 1. Chasing a warranty claim for 131+ days and not getting any follow up or information from the Service Advisor in charge. Really a big let down on the Dealerships side. Well, finally got called in (May 2025) didn't fix the issue but did leave my seatbelt unbolted "accidentally".

Exceptional staff at Mawson Lakes. We were very impressed by Joel’s knowledge with all the SUVs we looked at & test drove. We purchased a Haval H6 GT. 2024. Great SUV! Also I had trouble with working out the screen for music ect. So I went back a couple of weeks later and Chloe set it all up for me. 🎶 Thanks Heaps 👍🚗
