They're very rude. They know exactly when you pay your rent but still tape eviction papers on your door so that the entire neighborhood can see. Not only that they won't give the property owners contact info when it is mandatory in Ohio that the tenant is legally supposed to have it. Plus raising the rent without written notice from the property owners with mold in the basement the foundation badly cracked in the walls and floor of the basement. I wouldn't recommend agora if they were the last landlord on the planet my building has been without hot water since before Thanksgiving and when i call in about it they wanna claim that they have no knowledge of an existing work order and wanna say nobody else is calling it in well I'm sorry to say but I'm not worried about everybody else in the building but what I am about worried about is my kids not being able to take a bath we have to leave and go to a friend's house to take baths I bet they would be mad af when I repor... read more
