One of the worst people to deal and the worst company of all times
One of THE WORST rental companies out there..if you want to call them that. They don't fix anythin tog. You put in a work order for a problem they immediately close it without looking at the problem. There's a literal mushroom growing in our bathroom. The freezer has been leaking for over 2yrs now. They're very rude. They know exactly when you pay your rent but still tape eviction papers on your door so that the entire neighborhood can see. Not only that they won't give the property owners contact info when it is mandatory in Ohio that the tenant is legally supposed to have it. Plus raising the rent without written notice from the property owners with mold in the basement the foundation badly cracked in the walls and floor of the basement.
