Agora is attempting to evict a tenant over pet fees that were illegally charged, refuses to credit the amount owed and now wants to bully her with eviction fees on top of this. The tenant overpaid, company owes the money. FHA/HUD suit filed. Maintenance requests to quiet, and they will backdoor deal you out of your home if not careful. These are slumlords. Stay VERY far away. You'll see the story on the news (WDTN in Dayton), soon enough.
It sucks here I had bees living in my electrical box for three months, they kept telling me it was my electrical issues every time I banged on my wall all I would hear is buzzing. None of my outlets work. They only mow half the yard and don’t even get me started when they come over to fix things they leave everything for me to clean up even when they killed the bees they left them all over my room in my bed.
