If you are a tenant, good luck I am sorry your landlord has chosen Agora. If you are a landlord, rest assured your tenants are not likely experiencing transparency or effective management, nor are you, but you will be blindsided because they will not admit to, nor fix the mess as a result of their mismanagement. AVOID AT ALL COSTS As a tenant, they will treat you like a second class citizen. Never reply to emails, or carry out any reasonable repairs or maintenance. Talking 5 months on many occasions. I mean they won’t even cut the lawns. They also will try to charge $15,000 to paint buildings that the tenants have already paid for when fitting out their property. If you are a tenant of a property which Agora is a manager of, be prepared to chase them multiple times when you want to get any answers. Thankfully our landlord only hired them during the last 6 months of our tenancy but they still managed to annoy us. No clear communication of the final inspection yet after a whole month after lease end.

Personally i don't like/prefer to give bad reviews but agencies like this think they can do whatever they want is totally unfair. Megan Ross took her six months to transfer the lease to the new owner of the shop. I didn't get back any of my bond money. I would never recommend these people to anyone. They lie, ignore you for weeks, overcharge you and bully you into paying more money! I’m disgusted that they are even still in business, absolutely disgraceful. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!
