Waste of Time! Took them 2 months just to buy a bracket. No communication — I had to chase them for every update. They didn’t realize the job was 4 signs for 2 directories until halfway through, despite claiming they’d already been to the site. Contradictory updates (“sign but no bracket” then “bracket but no sign”). No work done, no results, and I lost 2 months of advertising because of them.

Write them a email 5 weeks ago about a project, no response, call and write email again 4 week later and no response, call today and ask if they got my email they said yes just have to wait for response. 5 week lost waiting
