I’ve been with Agnitti Insurance for years! Everyone there is so nice and helpful, professionalism at its best! Just yesterday I had to submit a claim and Natalie helped me through the whole process just making everything so easy!
We had a very pleasant experience with Agnitti Insurance. We wanted to change insurers, because our old insurance had gone up in their price. Taylor was wonderful, she gave us the same coverages we had before for less money. She was very professional and very pleasant. We also met Mr Agnitti, he was very nice also. We would highly recommend them.
Agnitti Insurance is the best. From Tony the boss to Natalie they are always there for you. The service is first class and the staff are brilliant at their jobs.
The in office experience was beyond unprofessional. I understand there are days when someone is not at their best, however, Ms. Austin made zero effort to help me. I visited the office for an auto insurance quote and she stated " I need your current policy in order to provide a quote." BS! What if I was a newly licensed driver?! Obviously a current policy would not be available under those circumstances. Her approach was a flat out refusal to do her job. Beware.
