Kind and Smart doctor
I've been going there for 6 . Dr smylnycky She caring. Brilliant, professional and unlike most doctors she's remembers and is very compassionate. I just wish she didn't leave metro medical practice.. that's place is amazing the staff is great and on the ball. The same goes for dr matti! I could give them more than 5 I would my rating 10 out of 10! If u need a dr. Whom is not jaded and actually cares go there!
My husband and I are extremely disappointed with Metro Medical Practice office, particularly with Dr Smylnycky and office manager Nataliya. This office calls patients to come for appointments not because they care, but because they want to make money. My husband was refused to get his routine and chronic medications refilled and forced to come to the office to see the doctor. Meanwhile he went several days without his medications until his visit. She and her whole office is very pleasant. They are patient and take the time to really understand your issues. They are very detailed on giving you information that you wouldn't of known to ask. I've only had to wait a long time once. It's usually easy to get an appointment.
Dr Agnes has been my doctor for 11yrs She is one of the best drs I've ever known,She talks to you not at you! She discusses your options with you & never makes you feel rushed!! I highly recommend her...the only bad thing is the wait it can be a hour or more But To me she's worth it!!
I don't understand why I have to schedule an apointment 3 weeks in advance. Why it takes 3 hours to see her after my scheduled appointment time. If I ever fall I'll I have to rely on an urgent care facility miles away.
She's a good doctor. She needs to get a new receptionist.The doctor answers all of your question & writes everything down. However her receptionist is unprofessional. I made an appointment here & she never put it in the schedule, I drove up there only to have to drive back home because she said I wasn't scheduled. When I finally got the appointment she let 8 people go before me, I sat waiting 3 hours before I got called. The receptionist is making the whole clinic look bad.
