It had been more than 10 years since I’d seen a dentist. To say I was nervous, is an understatement. From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me and were warm and friendly. The assistants talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Shanahan took her time with me and I felt like my concerns were addressed. I’m so grateful to have found a great dentist and staff.
Natalie is very rude and shuld not be answering phone call!
Excellent knowledge - kind & caring staff - dentist - hygentist - x-ray tech - office staff - I'm a wimp & they take their time to answer any questions & make you feel less anxious - they are gentle & do a great job & thanks again to all the staff at Dr Shanahans - my cap fell out in a piece of nougat & they got me right away and put it back in under 20 minutes ;) thank you! I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Shanahan when my son broke his tooth on Halloween candy last Wednesday. We needed an urgent appointment and Dr. Shanahan was able to accommodate us that same day. Her warm and friendly demeanor put my son, and myself, at ease. Never have I ever (!) experienced incompetent and complicit behavior by a front desk staff (two ladies, plus a hygienest) as I had at Dr Shanahans office. As I was handling their questions and navigating nonsense (we can't accept your blue cross dental card because it doesn't have a mailing address, to give just ONE example), my dentist, as well as my current care provider responded to my text with, "just say thank you and leave."
