Been at this storage for about 4 years or more . Let c where to start they have raised price 3 times . Lisa is absolutely rude and the lady who stays in the office is as nosy as they come. If you are there at your unit expect she will be also pretending to take her dog out to the restroom so she can watch your every move. They are dying to auction your item . Awesome people
Moving my stuff out today. Had an incredibly unwelcoming experience with the staff. Informed that we need to give a ten day notice and we have 10 days to pay our pill before it is late. Let them know okay, then I'll pay for another month. Was then told in a very rude tone, "you have to pay!" I dont know why this couldn't have been brought up in a nicer way, but as a manager of customer service, I really find this level of communication appaling.
So easy going and awesome they make it so easy for you
