Great staff. Runs a clean and well priced business. Easy to access. Very kind. I was in a financially difficult place for about a year. They worked with me and got me into a less expensive unit. Also allowed me to delay payments until I could afford to resume them. They ended up waiving the late fees and most of the amount that has built up over a few months. I definitely felt like they saw me as a human being and not just a way to make money. Pretty rare for companies. Never had a negative experience with them at all.
Always extremely helpful. Was in services with them for about 4 years, always worked with me and was very great with communication and payments. I was super appreciative of how many times they had been more than willing to work with me. Definitely the place to go if in need of a great storage unit !

Been at this storage for about 4 years or more . Let c where to start they have raised price 3 times . Lisa is absolutely rude and the lady who stays in the office is as nosy as they come. If you are there at your unit expect she will be also pretending to take her dog out to the restroom so she can watch your every move. They are dying to auction your item . If your two and half months behind they will set your auction date right after your bill is due . I mean like clockwork bill was due on the 10th auction date was set fo... read more
