I have grown older with this Doctor. I truly appreciate and trust her process and practice.
She's very kind never rushes the staff friendly and patient.
Before going to Dr Quion I read some reviews. People indicated she was a good doctor. There was mention of her staff being either lazy or not getting things done. My insurance assigned her as my PCP. So I made a decision to find another. Only one in person visit and telephone appointments. Many problems with referrals. No communication.
Staff is very lazy , simple things like sending lab orders is too much of a task. The front office girl never turns her phones over when the office opens or turns them off early causing you to have to drive by the office . Then when you ask about it , she denies it . Several occasions, i have gone to the office during normal hours and the door is locked( usually if the doctor is on vacation or out ) again they will deny it !
