i will never rent from her again she did not fix anything in my rental in my opinion she is a slumlord not a landlord
My experience with Mrs. Morningstar was not a very good one she continuously raised the rent and I would have to fight to get any repairs finished and the majority of the time she did not repair them. I ended up leaving because of her management style or there lack of. She is also known to unjustly sue after a tenant has left the properties she manages. I would suggest that you keep looking for a different management company.
