The reviews I share are 99% positive. Very seldom do I give a negative review because I try to work it out with the company beforehand. Everyone makes mistakes or is just having a bad day. From the very beginning to find out information about a cleaning, I received no phone calls back. I came in contact with a receptionist who told me she was new and would have someone contact me because she did not know what was included in the different cleanings. This occurred twice.
