We hired Agnelli pools for a new pool build and dealt with the pool designer Chelsey who helped with the design and invoicing. Our home build took much longer than anticipated and the longer it took the less attentive and friendly Chelsey became. This treatment continued for many months, it was almost every time we interacted with her. When we asked to speak to someone we would get an email asking us what we wanted; some things need to be discussed with a phone call when making such a large investment.
