good satisfactory cleaning They do a good job every time, no doubt about it. Some of the staff do a better job of cleaning than others. Few really DO get the light switches, doorknobs. . . detail work smudge free. However, they offer a satisfactory job -- never less.
Awesome Cleaning Service I am very impressed by cleaning quality and professionalism provided by Maid Pro. I have used them for about 1 year with a total of 9 cleanings. Due to my crazy travel arrangement, I am unable to set up a regular schedule. I usually call or email them to set up a clean before I return home. Excellent House Cleaning Service Awesome service in every way. I called in last minute to have my townhouse cleaned before an open house on Saturday. They came on Friday and did an excellent job. My house looked amazing after the cleaning and got a lot compliments on Saturday. I am very happy and will highly recommend Maid Pro to anybody who needs maid service in Virginia Beach.
Reliable Cleaning I have used Maidpro for the past several years. They have been pretty consistent in sending the same person to my house each cleaning. They also provide a feedback system that can be sent back to them to let them know if there are any issues or concerns. I get a phone call one day in advanced of the day they clean. One negative is that they do not tend to move anything that may be in the way of their cleaning.
No clue what customer service or "cleaning" means I called to have bi-weekly service started. Your first time they send out two maids to do a "deep clean". I paid 200.00 for two people for 5 hours of work 2 1/2 hours per maid. They show up on time, which I thought was great. I left a check and hoped to return to a very clean house. Hit and miss quality The initial cleaning was great. I signed up for once a week house cleaning service and the quality was hit and miss. I had different people every few weeks. Some were truly awesome and took pride in their work. Others did a very poor job. I felt we were not getting our money's worth and cancelled. I had service with MaidPro for over a year, so I feel we gave them a fair chance.
