This company is assigned from insurance agency and when they appear they state that there is all these issues just to try and run up the bill and then overcharges on everything. If this review saves even one person from using AGMA, it will be worth writing. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. Our project was very small-tiling, patchwork, and installing a shelf. We were told it would take about a week. It started in April and wasn’t finished until July. Sure, we needed to wait for the countertop to be installed by an outside company, but that was about a 2-3 week wait. Referred by sedwick repairs via state farm. Never did the work. 2 months later and brian still couldnt complete the estimate. I already settled with insurance. He spoke with me a week ago wednesday, was doing more corrections and sending me the estimate. He had about 5 minutes of work to complete it. I was to get thursday. 11 days later and no word from brian. Front office staff hang up the phone on me when I asked to speak to owner. People dont call you back. I don’t think this is a good company to hire. They work against the people & with the insurance company to get over on you. The low balling is unbelievable. I asked for an estimate and they wouldn’t even give it to me. Told me that I need to ask my insurance company. Also, I see your response but that doesn’t mean that my review is not all Truth!
