Rude to speak with. Called to get info on a sealed unit and was treated poorly. Rep assumed I was calling for a certain item and when explaining further what I was asking did not take the time to talk to me. Just dismissed my inquiry as irrelevant and completely unwilling to take the time of day to talk.
