Excellent customer service and fast postage
Good service 👍
Lousy/non-existent customer service. I missed an item when placing my order so I emailed sales and called them straight away after purchase, requesting that they amend or cancel the order before it's shipped. No one replied to the email or picked up the phone calls the whole day. Sure enough, the following day they shipped my order without the missing item, forcing me to pay double shipping and delay the project.
Good Price and lots of different product
As a distributor, I initially had doubts about my purchase, but I appreciate AGM's candor on ETAs and stock levels.
