Really good tech and knowledge of the gate issue. Prompt and helpful... however.... (here we go).... For an 8 minute visit (the cameras showed it was 8 minutes) and the purchase of 2 new remotes (agreed at $70+ ea....so thats ok), i get a bill for $401.50 inc gst. So i query it and the office gets the tech to call me (probably a softer call that way). There is a call out fee of..wait for it.... $225 !!!! (if this is wrong i will change it). So, $225 + (2 x 77) = $379. So as much as thats a bit stiff.... where is the remainin... read more

Unsure as to why there is a negative review regarding pricing, i have found AGM to be competitive everytime in quotes with very good service. Fixed our gate at our workshop quickly when we couldnt access the side driveway and changed batterys in our remote free of charge. will use again
Buyer beware on high costs with AGM Automation. Despite being long standing customers of AGM Automation, we were recently charged $401.50 for them to come to our house during normal working hours and program 2 remotes for our driveway sliding gate. The job took 5 minutes, and they did not provide a quote beforehand. Other companies literally charge half this price, but we went to AGM out of loyalty.
