The communication couldn't have been worse... Have been trying to cancel policies for months now with little to no help.
I would not recommend this insurance company to my worst enemy! I have them as my home owners insurance until September 29th. My agent contacted me yesterday to let me know that AGIS was dropping coverage on my home on that date. Very fine time as we have a possibility of a hurricane coming straight for us. I understand an insurance company can drop anyone at anytime but for this company to do so with a storm so close is not only unprofessional but bad business practice! Explanation needed. They currently just merged with another company. Prior to them moving was really happy with there service and the company. Then a bigger company had bought them and the service is absolutely terrible. Asked questions and was told I would get callbacks, and all I get is excuses of why I didn’t callbacks. Taking my business elsewhere. I had business insurance, home owners, personal insurance.
