This was a very disappointing experience. The hair dresser was very rude and not welcoming. I paid $60 for ‘trimming hair for student’. She trimmed my daughter’s hair like as if she was chopping it. The overall haircut was done so bad, I had to take my daughter back the next day to get it redone. Even then, the hair dresser was not happy that she had to re-trim the hair. I got my hair cut at the salon today. My hair was shoulder-length, and they charged me $55. The haircut turned out very old-fashioned and rough, like a style from more than ten years ago. The hairdresser didn’t consider my face shape or the length of my fringe when deciding how much to cut. Sue and Sumin helped me dye my hair today, and their service is really quick and thorough! After I dyed my hair, I was a but hesitant to ask them to fix one small part that was lighter than the rest of my hair, but Sue and Sumin happily took extra time to help me fix it :) Great experience here and I would definitely visit again!
