Don't Go We love Italian food but if you want to pay more than you should and have the Palatine Police called on you because you questioned the bill, then go here! The waitress made a mistake and would not admit to it in front of the manager so I refused to pay the wrong amount so he called the police, at which point my wife said lets just pay it. A cut above in quality I recently had business in the Palatine area & decided to try Agio Italian Bistro for lunch. I had the Caprese Salad with sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, oregano, olive oil & balsamic. What impressed me is that all the ingredients were top notch & therefore this simple dish tasted AWESOME. The balsamic, which is frequently too strong in vinegar, was mellow, aromatic & flavorfull.
