Agins provided excellent service for my HVAC system for the past two years and Jimmy installed a new heat strip/element in my air handler in May. Now the system is not providing any heat and I have left six voice messages at two different phone numbers over the past two weeks. No one returned my calls. Is this company still in business or has something happened to Jimmy?

7/24/24 Unfortunately, our experience wasn't what we expected nor the same as what most reviews here have expressed. Once the job was finally completed and paid in full, we noticed COLD air leaking in the garage and attic. The owner has not responded or made any effort to resolve the issue after multiple attempts on our part to contact him via text and phone calls. It's now been over 4 weeks and nothing. Ghosted, apparently.

Timely, honest and dependable! Couldn’t ask for a more reliable company to take care of us. We are thankful to have been taken care of bc we all know we want that ac esp now! 🙌🏻🤣
