Azza Ezzat, Family Nurse Practitioner, has been caring for me for the past 5 years and I couldn't be happier to be her patient. I became her patient under terrible circumstances, and yet she took the time to explain what was wrong with me, what her plan was to get me healthy(which was a long & slow process), and what she expected of me to do to take care of myself!!!! Azza Ezzat is a wonderful practitioner. She came to my aid after I broke my hip. The rehab I was recovering in closed due to Covid. My family doctor had retired the month prior and I did not have a doctor to follow up for medication. I was pretty upset and did not know what to do. Azza introduced herself in my room at Rehab.
