I worked here for almost a year. If a senior citizen fills out a request for information online, they will call HUNDREDS of times (not an exaggeration) until they make an appointment for an estimate. If the senior says they're not interested, they will keep calling. They don't respect or value their employees either.
Bought a chair lift from this company. Worked fine for about 14 months, then it stopped working. After the sale is when all support stops. Called for service about a dozen times and left over 6 messages and could not get a call back or reach a live person. Finally got an email response, was told that all of the paperwork we received when we bought the stair lift was for a different brand than the one we had, and instead of a 5year warranty with a 2year battery warranty that ours was only 30 days. They sent a representative to our home. The lady was the rudest person I have ever met. We kicked her out of our house.
They treat the employees like robots. If your looking for a micro managed sales position this is where you should work. (For maybe making 50k)
