Poor candidate experience overall. The recruiter initially reached out regarding the job opening, and I submitted my resume promptly as requested. I was then informed that a detailed job description would be shared and that we would connect to discuss the opportunity further. However, there was no follow-up call or message, and the detailed job description was never provided. Clear and timely communication would have made the experience much more professional and respectful of the candidate’s time.
