Poor candidate experience overall. The recruiter initially reached out regarding the job opening, and I submitted my resume promptly as requested. I was then informed that a detailed job description would be shared and that we would connect to discuss the opportunity further. However, there was no follow-up call or message, and the detailed job description was never provided. Clear and timely communication would have made the experience much more professional and respectful of the candidate’s time.

I was impressed by the professionalism from employees of Agilus especially Charmaine, she is amazing to work with. They do build strong relationships with the clients by providing feedback and communication. I highly recommend this company for both employers and employees.

Agilus Recruitment is one of the best agencies I’ve worked with Anita Dominguez . She is professional, supportive, and truly cares about helping you find the right job. She matched me with a great opportunity and guided me through the entire process. Highly recommended!
