John made it really easy to get the quote needed for our move. Very knowledgeable about what he does. It was a pleasure working with him.
I would recommend Agility moving company in a heartbeat!!! The 3 movers came in and CAREFULLY wrapped and handed all my property as if they were moving their own property. They were respectful to neighbors, courteous, fast, and on time. Everything was delivered from RI to MD without a hitch. Agility gave me a quote and held up to their contract to the letter. They definitely get 2 thumbs up from me.
Shane, Denise, Tsano, and Ivory facilitated my move from Middle Tennessee to Western North Carolina. I am pleased with their customer service from start to finish! The only little glich was with scheduling. I was changed from morning pickup to afternoon, which threw me off schedule a bit, but it all worked out. This company was up front from the pricing to movers that showed up on time and ready to work. This is my 11th move... nine with USG and these people were as professional as the come. Nothing damaged.. on time and the price was again on point. They moved me within 24 hours from NC to VA and I couldn't be happier. TY Agility!!! Daniel and the crew... John has a great background on the industry and great follow through. Unfortunately, we had a move significantly out of their area so we ended up using another provider; but there's no doubt they'd be a great resource if we were a good match.
I was, unfortunately, in an indisputable contract with a less-than-ethical moving company which seemed to have gone out of business before moving me (such turned out not to be the case, but that is another story). The Agility rep was more than helpful in the guidance he gave me in attempt to recoup my significant deposit from the other company, as well as solid education on how to evaluate moving companies for legitimacy and important elements to look for in choosing one. Moving is stressful under any circumstances, but from start to finish this group was patient, assuring, honest, professional and caring. This company was great from start to finish! John helped review my inventory, discussed options, and was willing to negotiate around final bid and offer. Daniel and his moving team notified me half an hour before they arrived to pick up my household full of "stuff" and arrived as predicted. They worked non-stop for five hours loading my belongings onto the truck then drove to my new home (1.5 hrs away) and unloaded for another 4 hours.
