So I used Agility for a move from NJ to NC... I have to say I was very pleased with the company as a whole... starting with Denise she kept me updated and who during my packing meltdowns talked me off the ledge several times... thank you Denise! To Daniel and his team who came in wrapped what needed to be wrapped and loaded my stuff without any issues(except for the rain) which they had no control over... I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Agility Van Lines. Everyone was very professional and competent from John and supportive staff in the office to the three movers, Daniel, Marcus and Robert. The price I was reported remained accurate, the movers came on time both with pickup and delivery and all my stuff was packed with care and delivered the same way without any damage. I would highly recommend this company.
I have used Agility 2x and would never use anyone else. This company has its own trucks, regular crews and storage. The other companies contract out trucks and make it impossible to file a claim if needed. I trusted them with my grandmothers antique china closet with bent glass-arrived in perfect condition. Everyone in the company cares about customer service-something you never get with other movers. I used another mover before I found Agility-they were a nigh mare. Great company, great employees!!

I could write several paragraphs about how amazing Agility Van Lines is, but I don't want to lose the message. I have moved six times in the past five years. I could not have been more pleased with everyone at Agility Van Lines. John, Shane, Denise, Tsano, Elie, and Paul were all fantastic to work with. Even when, on the day of pickup, we realized our space estimate was way off, Shane and the crew came up with some options that worked for us. I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a moving company!

Best price and service! John was exceptional to work with as this was my first long distance move. He walked me through the process, answered all of my questions and assured me when I was feeling overwhelmed by the whole project. Although I was unable to move at this time, I received a FULL REFUND of my deposit! Agility Van Lines is the ONLY company that guarantees that if you cancel FOR ANY REASON you will get a refund, and I did! I will definitely be using them again in the future!
I worked with John N and his team on a family move. An unexpected family issue cropped up but John and his team worked with us to make sure everything fell into place the way we needed it to. They genuinely care about their customers' experience. Our family could not be happier with their services and were truly floored by their willingness to work with us when an unforeseen difficulty occurred.
