Overall, Agility Van Lines was great to work with for our move from PA to FL (1,100 miles). Solid communication and follow-through. The delivery was a week or so late due to a tropical storm and (I'm assuming) backups related to it. That said, 100% understandable and still a very fast delivery in comparison to other companies. We did not eventually move. However, the entire process with John, Shane and company at Agility was fantastic. John was very good to work with. He was always responsive to our needs as we were setting up the move and was very thorough with every detail. I would highly recommend your next move with Agility Van Lines! Ask for John!!
Service delivery exceeds all expectations! No hidden charges, no rough handling of stuff. All staff on board to meet all requests and are courteous and very helpful. They have a perfect sense of timing and keep to their schedule; most of all, their prompt and detailed follow-up calls keep you updated. I am so happy I followed my intuition and chose Agility Van Lines for my cross-country relocation project. Good job guys!
The entire team at Agility has been a pleasure to work with. The office team is great and the loading team headed up by Alex is outstanding. They are very skilled in their profession and were a pleasure to work with. Very hard working team who knew what they were doing at every step. You will not go wrong using Agility. We hired Agility off Angi after firing a broker who never returned our calls after taking our deposit, never showed up when they said they would. We had to have the bank recall the charge to our card for the deposit. Agility cost us 40% less than what the broker charged us. Both the Jean F crew who packed and loaded our belongings, and the Alfred R crew who unloaded and reassembled our stuff were very professional, personable, and efficient.
