Agility Van Lines – DO NOT USE - paid $15k to move (July 2021) and damaged multiple items due to negligence – Still no attempt to make it right by the Owner (Feb 2022) I want to make sure I protect others from using this carrier to avoid the bad experience I had with Agility. What do you need with you have a 10 X 20 storage unit filled with your property and your memories and now you need to move it 1000 miles up the East Coast? The first company I was supposed to move with ended up having horrible reviews, thank goodness I found Agility Van Lines. Agility Van Lines saved us! Shane (owner) personally called to book a move with me, that really meant a lot. Our move was from IL to MD and on pickup and arrival the driver, Steven, and his team called ahead of time, loaded and unloaded the truck quickly and efficiently, and was very nice and accommodating. We hired Agility van Lines to move our son's belongings out of two different storage units in Morganfield, KY to Southport, Fl. The guys were really great. The foreman Isiah Burnell and the two other workers were very efficient, and friendly. They took very good care of all the furniture, and boxes. We moved from Maryland to Tennessee in 2021. Our move involved 5 months of storage so we experienced the full range of Agility's service. From the initial intake with John to dealing with Denise and Shane throughout, we could not be more satisfied. This is a highly professional organization. They deliver on what they say. Worst experience with a business EVER. Not just worst experience with a moving company, I mean worst experience with ANY company. I was lied to by the owner several times, movers were late and I was charged more than double my quote. Stay far away from Agility Van Lines! If I could put a minus star, I would.

Best experience I've had with a moving company (and my family has moved a LOT)! They couldn't have been more helpful from the start. John, our sales person, was very personable and every time I called or emailed, he remembered our names, and what our special situation was. Because of my father's illness, and how busy and distracted I can be, I probably did not make it easy for him!
