I’m writing this post, to thank each and everyone , at Agility Physio . They pushed me to do my best , even when I was ready to give up !!!! Specially my Physio Therapist Sager Poudel couldn’t have asked for a better one . I wouldn’t be where I am today with my right shoulder with out his Professional Guidance !! I had a great experience at Agility Physiotherapy and Sports Injury for my knee pain treatment. I completed my sessions with Sagar Poudel, and I’m very happy with the results. Sagar is highly knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to understand the problem properly. Each session was well planned, and he explained the exercises clearly, which really helped with my recovery and confidence. Agility Physiotherapy was outstanding...Segar knew his trait and provided treatment that far exceeded my needs after coming off hip replacement surgery....his assistants Shallee and Isitar were amazing and the admin staff atbtye front very helpful and professional...the facility is clean and very accessible
