Originally found this clinic by taking a GLAD class recommended by the hospital at the end of the 12 visit class Sagar said that if I gave him a chance he could reduce my pain and extend my range of motion. Now after 6 visits I am a believer. Originally I thought I was going to need a knee replacement surgery but now I am confident I can do the recommended stretches and exercises I can avoid going through that surgery. Thank You Sagar for saving me from surgery and solving the problem using your methods
