I learned through GLAD that without strong and agile feet, other issues like bad knees or hips will prevail. For an oldie like me it’s nice that I can still learn new tricks to keep healthy and active. Thank you to Agility and all the folks who helped us along the way to improve ourselves. My mobility has increased. I can weight bare on my affected leg with less pain. I enjoy doing the exercises with others. It has made me aware that I have greatly benefited from the GLAD program. This is an excellent program with excellent physiotherapist managing it.
I've been suffering from cervical vertigo for the last two months. Khushboo and the Agility team have been essential for my recovery. The vestibular physiotherapy program has helped progress with my healing. I cannot recommend Agility Physiotherapy enough. Thank you for your in this journey!
