I was pleasantly surprised to find everyone so welcoming, but the best part was the relief I felt after my initial evaluation. Nathan showed me an exercise that actually reduced my back pain immediately. Grateful to report that I was able to stop taking daily Tylenol and am highly motivated to continue my exercises.
