Supplied me a non-working CPM machine that was critical for my surgery rehab. Then failed to respond to the support form on their website. And then failed to answer the phone. The machine is decades old and obviously in disrepair. Unethical company.
Landon came to my home and measured me for a knee brace, he was so nice and it didn’t take long and I liked picking out the color I wanted. I’m looking forward to getting my brace so my knee will stabilize. Thank you Landon for your kindness and professionalism
I was double billed for a no good ice cooling machine for knee replacement therapy. The only way that I could leave the hospital with the cooler was to pay for it up front first. This lousy agility medical group billed me 2 weeks later for the unit that I already paid for. They never answer the phone. You have to leave a message when calling. Please don't use agility, but instead choose to use a reputable company for your medical supply needs.

Came here to get fitted for a knee brace. Staff was nice. The lady that took my measurement was new. She did a great job.
