Do not do business with this company. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, honestly never even wrote a bad review in my life but this company is horrible. I sent my laptop in for data transfer into one of their products and they never sent it back. I reached out and they said they were sending it but still never did. It’s been months already and they will not respond to any of my emails. I even asked if I could go pick it up myself because I have my life’s work in that laptop and they still won’t reply.
